What Are You Afraid Of? (Matthew 10:26-33)
Fear is something we all encounter, but have you ever paused to ask yourself—what exactly are you afraid of, and why? At times, fear creeps in unnoticed and misplaced. This Sunday, we return to the Gospel of Matthew, where Jesus sends his twelve disciples out as sheep among wolves.
I encourage you to read Matthew 10 in preparation for worship and reflect on how Jesus transforms fear into unwavering courage. Notice the ways He strengthens His followers, turning timidity into tenacity, so they may stand firm in the face of adversity.
May the Lord open the eyes of our hearts to receive the truth He has prepared for us. I eagerly anticipate worshiping our Savior alongside you this Sunday.
In Christ,
Pastor Jeff
