Designed to keep our focus firmly on the One who bought our salvation with his own blood. At OBC, worship is seen as a 24/7 commitment to our God. We seek to honor and enjoy God with all our hearts, souls, and minds.

The Worship Ministry of Occoquan Bible Church exists for the glory and honor of God to instill a passion for God’s presence in congregational and individual worship. Our desire is to create an environment conducive to genuine worship in the life of His church, displaying our awe of and reverence to God. We will do this as a part of a collegiate corporate body of ministries at OBC, seeking to support, lead, and train when needed or requested. We will give to God in service to the Body, our time and talents, not seeking reward from men but from God. We will consider these sacrifices as a part of our reasonable service to Him who first loved us. (Romans 12:1-8) This can only happen as we submit to God’s Will, His Word, local church government, and as He empowers us to demonstrate our love and devotion to Him.
